Tuesday, July 21st the Telcat ServiceNow system will have a quarterly patch applied to New York patch 9.

The system will be available during this time but users may encounter performance degradation and unexpected inconsistencies during the upgrade.

Minimal sporadic outages 5 minutes at a time of the ServiceNow applications can be expected with both ITSM/HR and Telcat during the early part of the maintenance period.
