Saturday, November 28th and Sunday, November 29th at 12:00pm the Telcat Pinnacle Application will undergo Single Sign-On patching.

Users will not be available to log into the application during this time.

Telecat will set ServiceNow to restricted use -- subscriber and funding changes will be disabled, Service Orders will not be able to complete.

On Wednesday, December 3rd the SLB system will be changed to provide the direct IP address of the active Panorama server in the DNS response instead of proxying the session.

Network Services will also be changing to a secondary site for Panorama service in preparation of the EWDC shutdown.

Any connection that is active at the time of the change will be required to re-authenticate. There should be no other change in user experience.

The Palo Alto Networks firewalls will be upgraded from 8.1.15 to 8.1.17. All systems are redundant and there should be no interruption to service during the upgrade.
