||IST Services will be upgrading the ServiceNow Telecom Catalog to a more current version (Orlando) of ServiceNow Friday, September 11th, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

||At this time, it appears that all users are unable to view Kaltura media.
The vendor is doing system maintenance that may be causing the issue (though it could be caused by worldwide internet problems that have been ongoing this morning).
The bCourses team are told that the Kaltura maintenance work will be completed by 2:00pm today.

||There are ongoing instabilities due to backbone network issues on the Internet.
These are unrelated to the UC Berkeley network itself but may impact the ability of UC Berkeley users to access services.
Some services which have reported issues include:
Duo (Two Step Authentication)
Service Now (trouble ticketing)
These issues may impact user's abilities to access on campus resources remotely, as well as other services hosted with external providers.
The UC Berkeley network team will monitor the situation, but due to the nature of these issues there is little action we can take to mitigate these problems.
